The 30 days

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. To be accepted back, a piece must be:

• unused and in its original condition
• in its original packaging, with all tags, dust bags and paperwork
• postmarked within 30 days of receipt, sent by an insured, trackable method

How to start a return

Email cs@blessac.com with the subject "Return Blessac Items", your order number and clear photos. Returns go to our returns warehouse:

Return shipping is paid by you — unless we sent the wrong or a defective item, in which case we arrange a replacement at no cost.

Arrived damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will send a replacement without extra charges — you do not pay to fix our mistake.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of your parcel reaching the warehouse, to your original payment method. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items that come back damaged, worn or altered may receive a partial refund or store credit; items that cannot be resold may be declined.

Pre-orders

A pre-order can be cancelled any time before it ships for a full refund. After it arrives, the same 30-day window applies as for anything else.
